For our morning Mother's Day Celebration Class, please bring your stroller, water, a yoga mat (or towel) and anything your kiddo needs.
Monday, May 13th @ 7:30pm - Mom Only
For our evening Mother's Day Celebration Class, please bring your water, yoga mat and either a resistance band or set of dumbbells (8-10lbs).
