Interested in joining us for a class? We got you, mama. Here is everything you need to know.

Covid-19 Precautions

Do I need to wear a mask?

(Updated 2/18/2021): Masks are required upon arrival at class, during location transitions, and once class is over, including children 3 years old and up. Masks are options during the workout once moms are positioned at least 6ft apart.

What do I need to bring to class?

Plenty of water, towel or yoga mat/blanket, sunscreen (for outdoor classes), baby essentials including snacks and/or toys for your little one(s), comfortable walking/running shoes, appropriate exercise attire, and any kind of stroller. We use resistance bands for strengthening and you will need to bring your own. If you don't have one, you can usually find them at Target, etc. or you can purchase one from us by emailing nataliecroswell@fit4mom.com. Masks are required upon arrival and departure, and optional during your workout.

How are you maintaining social distancing?

You instructor will use cones (or other indicators) to show you where to set up at each station of class. These cones will be spaced at least 6ft apart.

What if I begin experiencing Covid-19 symptoms?

We ask that if you have any doubts about your health, that you stay home from class for 14 days before resuming your workouts with us. Please email Natalie to let her know about your symptoms so that she may communicate (anonymously) to the other moms that may have been near you in a recent class.

Where do we meet at Wilson Park?

You will find us in front of the hockey rink (big blue structure between the batting cages and tennis courts). I like to use 2400 Jefferson Street in my GPS to get me to the closest part of the parking lot. If you're running late (and believe me, we get it!), you can text Natalie to ask where the class may have moved. 714-883-3926

What do I need to bring to class?

Run Club

What if I have not run since before I had my baby or if I have never run at all?

Our Run Club coaches will lead you to your first mile! Whether it is your first mile ever, or your first mile post-baby, Run Club is appropriate for all levels.

Can I bring my child with me to run club?

Run Club is stroller friendly. Any child that joins you for Run Club should be safely secured in a stroller. We email our weekly running course before each class so you can decide whether each destination run is stroller friendly for you.

What should I bring to run club?

Running shoes and water are essential. A yoga mat or towel would be helpful for the final stretch.

Our Membership

What does my Membership include?

Your membership includes unlimited classes at any of the FIT4MOM Torrance locations for the membership service you decide to join (Stroller Strides/Stroller Barre/Strides 360 or Body Back). Membership also includes being a member in our closed Facebook group, weekly playgroups, monthly Moms’ Night Outs and more!

Note: While our community continues to adapt to the changes as a result of Covid-19, all "extracurricular" activities, including playgroups and Mom's Nights Out are on pause until further notice. We will occasionally bring virtual activities to the group.

What is the enrollment fee for a membership?

For all memberships:

  • There is a $50 enrollment fee for all new monthly memberships. If you sign up for membership within 24 hours of your free trial class you get 50% off the enrollment fee!

  • If you cancel your membership and then wish to rejoin, you pay a $25 reactivation fee to rejoin.

  • FIT4MOM members who transfer to FIT4MOM Torrance from another FIT4MOM location will be charged a $25 enrollment fee.

What does the enrollment fee cover?

Our one-time $50 membership enrollment fee includes your own resistance band, plus credit card processing fees for the life of your membership and expenses associated with Our Village activities for the life of your membership.

How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?

Please submit this form. All requests need to be received in writing 14 business days before the next payment is due. Memberships may be placed on hold for the maximum of 3 months per year, and in 1 month increments.

How do I change my return date on my hold?

You can return from your hold on any day of the month. You need to email nataliecroswell@fit4mom.com at least 24 hrs prior to your return. If you attend class without letting Natalie know, you will automatically be charged the hold attendance rate with the credit card on file.

  • $19 for Stroller Strides/Barre
  • $25 for Body Back

What is the fee to place a membership on hold?

For all memberships: There is a $10 fee to place your membership on hold. Memberships can be placed on hold for up to 3 months in 1 month increments.

Can I attend classes when my membership is on hold?

For Stroller Strides/Barre memberships: When your membership is on hold you can attend classes at the drop-in rate of $19/class.

For Body Back memberships: When your membership is on hold you can attend classes at the drop-in rate of $25/class. Your credit card on file will be charged automatically.

Can I bring family or friends who are visiting to class with me?

Visitors are welcome to come to class FREE of charge! If you have an extended-stay guest who will participate longer than one week, they will be subject to a $19 per class charge. All visitors must sign our waiver in order to participate.

How do I update my credit card on file?

To update your credit card on file:

  • Log into your Pike13 account

  • Below your profile photo you will see a list of options

  • Click on "Payment Methods"

  • Update the information

  • Click “Save”

  • Be sure to delete the old credit card on file

If your monthly dues payment fails and you do not respond to our emails to update your credit card info, your membership will be cancelled.

Who do I contact with questions about my membership?

Is my membership transferable to another franchise location?

No. Memberships are only valid for the franchise where they were purchased. If you move to an area outside of our franchise, you will need to cancel your current membership and sign up for a membership at the new franchise. We encourage you to contact the franchisee where you are moving to and let them know you have a current FIT4MOM membership at another franchise.
