RUN CLUB is a training program for all levels of runners - whether you've never run a full mile, or you were on the cross country team in high school.
We're taking 8 weeks to get you ready for the local Turkey Trot! A favorite annual tradition. This training program will include a custom training schedule (5k or 10k), personalized in-person coaching for proper running form, nutrition, and guidance, and accountability from your fellow running mamas.
We have speed clinics, hill training, long runs and more! You get all the training and support you need with this Run Club.
For the runner who is just getting back into her groove, you can join confidently knowing that you will go at your own pace, while more experienced runners can up the ante.
