Our drop-in Running Clinics are designed just for moms of all running levels—whether you’re just starting out or training for your next race! This supportive, no-pressure environment is the perfect place to connect with other local moms, share motivation, and build confidence on your running journey.

Led by a certified run coach, each clinic offers expert guidance to help you improve your form, endurance, and overall fitness. Come as you are, lace up your sneakers, and let’s run together!

You are a runner!

RUN CLUB is a training program for all levels of runners - whether you've never run a full mile, or you were on the cross country team in high school. We have speed clinics, hill training, long runs and more! You get all the training and support you need with this Run Club.

Our next session is 5 weeks, starting June 1st, training for the Redondo Beach 4th of July 5k!

Join like-minded mamas for a run training program that supports all levels of runners. This training program will include a custom training schedule, personalized in-person coaching for proper running form, nutrition, and guidance, and accountability from your fellow running mamas.
