Hi! I am a wife and mom of 2, my son Jack and daughter Haylee. My FIT4MOM journey started when Jack was just 7 weeks old. As a new mom, I was looking for a way to get out of the house, move my body, and connect with other moms. What I found was so much more than a workout. I found my village! 💗

I've been part of FIT4MOM Torrance ever since! After having Haylee, I took my love for this community a step further and became an instructor for two years before taking the leap into ownership.
