How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?

Please submit a Change of Membership Request via https://torrance.fit4mom.com/faqs/modify-your-membership. All requests need to be received in writing at least 14 business days before the next payment is due. Once payment processes there are no refunds.

Memberships will be placed on hold in monthly increments for the maximum of 3 months per calendar year. Our system auto prorates payments so no paid membership is lost.
