We are more than a workout! We plan fun activities for the kids each week, plus monthly Mom's Nights Out! The activities are free and do not require membership to join. Just RSVP to let us know you're coming!

There's a new dance school in town and their coming to give our tiny dancers a ballet lesson after Stroller Strides! You won't want to miss the preciousness that will unfold here. Bring a tutu if you have one!
